Delivery
Upon placing your order you will receive an email giving an estimated date of despatch. If items are out of stock you will be advised of making time or advised of alternative options.
All deliveries will require a signature on arrival. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail. If no one is in to sign for your package, the postman will leave a "while you were out" card for you to arrange collection / redilivery.

Refunds
If you are not happy with your item or you have changed your mind please call us or email within 7 days of receipt. Postage for returns is at your own expense, but we recommend you send it recorded or special delivery. We will let you know when we have received the jewellery and you will receive an email confirmation for your refund. Exchanges or credit notes are available for items returned after seven days. Contact Us for return address.
Exchanges
Please return the jewellery to us within 30 days of receipt stating what you would like to exchange it for or if you prefer a credit note - Contact Us for return address. Postage for returning items to us is at your own expense, but we recommend you send it recorded or special delivery. We will let you know when we have received the jewellery and you will receive an email confirmation for your exchange / credit. You may be charged postage for the replacement item at an appropriate cost.
Fauly Goods
Please call us or email to explain the fault. If the item is fauly we will refund the cost of the item, including original delivery cost to you, plu delivery costs incurred by you when returning the item to us by Royal Mail.
Repairs
In most cases repairs to items will be made free of charge for up to six months from dae of purchase, after which time a charge may apply. Your legal rights are not affected.
